By accessing or using BaLENZ ("the Service"), provided by U365 LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
BaLENZ is a financial reporting and management platform that enables users to track transactions, generate invoices, manage budgets, and analyze financial data. The Service is intended for personal and business financial management purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify U365 LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. U365 LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use BaLENZ for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent data, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service. BaLENZ is a read-only financial management tool — it does not post to, modify, or access your bank accounts directly.
U365 LLC takes data privacy seriously. Financial credentials are never stored on our servers. Sensitive data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, software, and materials associated with BaLENZ are the exclusive property of U365 LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from U365 LLC.
BaLENZ offers one-time purchase and subscription-based license plans. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. U365 LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
BaLENZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. U365 LLC does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions. We are not responsible for errors in data imported or entered by the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, U365 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
U365 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to BaLENZ at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction where U365 LLC operates.
