At U365 LLC, your privacy is fundamental to everything we build. BaLENZ is designed to keep your financial data safe, private, and under your control.
No Credentials Stored
We never store your banking passwords, PINs, or financial credentials on our servers.
No Data Selling
Your personal and financial data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third parties.
Local-First Storage
Sensitive financial data is stored locally on your device, not in the cloud, unless you opt into cloud backup.
You Own Your Data
You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from within the app settings.
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and the financial data you enter into BaLENZ (transactions, invoices, categories, budgets). We do not collect your banking credentials, social security numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers.
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the BaLENZ Service, to communicate with you about your account, and to send product-related updates (which you may opt out of at any time). We do not use your financial data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
Account information is stored securely on our servers with industry-standard encryption. Financial records entered into the app are stored locally on your device and optionally in encrypted cloud backup if you choose to enable that feature. We implement AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive fields and use secure HTTPS connections for all data in transit.
BaLENZ may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud backup providers) solely at your direction. We do not share your data with these services beyond what is necessary to fulfill the feature you have requested, and only with your explicit consent.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Locally stored data on your device is removed when you uninstall the application.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. You may submit a data request by contacting us at privacy@u365.us. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
BaLENZ uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies without your consent.
BaLENZ is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
